Day 120 of wisdom
“You can’t put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the farther you get.”
Michael Phelps
There is no limit to what a man can achieve in life, the only limit that exists is the limit one sets for himself. However big a dream is, it can be achieved, the more you can dream, the farther you will go. What you will ever become is dependent on your dreams, and visions for the future.
Every great accomplishment always begin with small steps, but no small step begin without a dream of the desired destination established. Dreaming is a free gift, but pursuing your dreams, visions and purpose in life comes at a cost. Sometimes, it may be demanding and very expensive but at the end it is always worth it.
Visions, and dreams must always be accompanied by imagination. If you can't imagine what you want to become, how can you become that thing? You must be able to have a clear picture of who you want to be, where you want to be, and how to be, and get to your desired end. Albert Einstein said "imagination is the preview of life's coming attraction", by implication, imagination is the way through which one sees the possibility of what could be, and the great future ahead of you.
The human mind is a master manufacturer, manufacturing unlimited thoughts per time. One must train his mind to constantly manufacture good thoughts. Our thoughts determines our dreams and our dreams ultimately determine our life. Someone once said, " if you can dream at all, you should dream big" and if you can think at all, think big.
Thinking big, and dreaming big, makes you big.
