Our journeys into the future will not always be smooth and hitch free, there will always be challenges on our way, there will always be obstacles, there will be discouraging circumstances, but how we respond to all these situations, and circumstances determines what we get out of it.
We can turn our challenges into opportunities, our obstacles into stepping stones, and our discouragements into motivations, we can turn the negative situations into positives, we only need to see what we want rather than what is happening. When you are focused on what you want, you will always get it, but when your sight is on the problem, it will hold you down.
Not all challenges come to destroy us, some come to build us, not all storms come to hinder us, some come to clear our paths. We must therefore always look beyond the problems, and see the solutions, we must always set our sights on the goal, the vision, the target, rather than the obstructions.
A river always have it way not because it is strong, and powerful, but because it knows that despite the obstacles, there will always come a road, it rubs, and wash, gnaw and knead, eat and bore its way through the obstacles on its way, and eventually a way is made for the river. Its persistence, consistence, insistence, and confidence in its ability paved the way. Just like the river we must be determined to have our way to the future of our dreams, or else we would never get beyond our obstacles.
