Day 228 of wisdom
“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
Maya Angelou
No one person knows everything all at once, not from the start of a journey, or endeavour. Every man picks up knowledge on their way to their desired destination. It is therefore important for us to understand that we cannot wait to have all the knowledge we need to achieve a thing before we embark on the journey towards achieving that thing. We must start with what we have, and gather what will be needed along the way.
The farther one goes the farther he sees, if we refuse to move ahead, and go forward we will never see beyond our current status, and vicinity, but the moment we move forward towards our dreams we will see clearer, and we will know better. We must exercise faith in our own ability, and trust that when we get to where our might can take us, we will gain more knowledge on how to advance to the next level.
Theodore Roosevelt once said, "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are." if you will ever leave where you are, you have to do what you have to do, and can do where you are, and when you have done all you can do, you will know, and see what next to do. Inactivity is a growth inhibitor, anyone who sits idle waiting for the right time to do what he wants to do will never get anything done.
Always seek to know more, to learn, and be a better person today than you were yesterday. You cannot do more than you already know, and you will rarely know more unless you put what you already know to use. There is no space for inactivity in life, you either use or lose, so, if you don't want to lose that which you already have, use it, and move forward towards your success.
