Change does not happen unless one makes it happen, but not everything will change even when one works towards changing it. Some things are just meant to remain the way they are irrespective of our actions, and decisions. Yet the only way to change anything is to work on changing it, if a situation seems unchanging it is most likely you haven't done anything, or enough to cause a change of the situation, and it could be that the situation is an unchangeable one.
One must recognize the unchangeable situations in one's life, or else he would be building castles in the air. Unchangeable situations will never change no matter the efforts put into it, so, recognizing those situations, and letting life take its due course is best for us.
Albert Einstein said, “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.” our thoughts are the the major ingredients that will drive the change we hope for, we are a product of what we constantly think about. If we find ourselves in undesirable situations, changing our thought pattern is the key to changing the situation for better.
Every new day should teach us new lessons, we should never be caught in the web of stagnancy, but advance to greater heights, and new levels as the days go by. We must realize that the greatest change we can ever witness is not changing the world, the greatest change is changing ourselves, as Rumi said, “Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” changing yourself for the better is the best decision you can ever make.
