Everything comes at a cost.

NOTHING IS FREE

Everything in the world comes at a price, and the things that may seem to cost nothing or the least, actually cost the most. A price has to be paid for everything. You can have everything you want to have, you can receive all the free gifts in the world, but you must realise that, if it cost you nothing, it cost someone else something, or even everything. Life never gives anyone a free gift.

You would sometimes hear people say, that the best things in life are free, but like E.A. Bucchianeri said, "I have been told the best things in life are free; I found them very expensive." Someone once wrote, "If everything was suddenly free, you would quickly discover that many of the things you want, and many of the things you need, such as food, might no longer be available."

The world is a battlefield, and nothing is fair in it, if you must get a thing, you have to pay a price for it, and if you get something for free, someone else already paid. Some people today enjoy so many free things because someone has paid the price for them to enjoy. Success can never be achieved on a platter, it must be worked for, no one achieves anything without paying a price, everything comes at a cost.

Parents can give their children easy lives, by paying up front the cost of a better life for their children, through adequate planning, and extra hard work. You can choose to make someone get something for free, by doing the things they would have done, if you knew they were incapable of doing those things by themselves. The only free thing in the world is nothing, and if you expect to receive something for free, all you would receive is nothing. Except a price is paid, nothing is given.
