XESTURGY

When you see a shiny, glossy, or smooth stone or surface you admire and appreciate it, sometimes, you pick it up and have a good look at it and some feel of it; that stone have gone through some serious polishing before you can have what it is you admire about it. Nothing purposeful, reasonable, and admirable happens by accident, it takes a lot of work to achieve such qualities.

People who have enviable characters, attitudes, and compositions have been intentionally worked upon. They have either submitted themselves for such, or have made it a responsibility to build up themselves with those qualities. It is no easy job to build one's self up to the level where one becomes an envy to many, it takes a lot of determined and intentional work, it is hard work, but it is worth it.

Talent is not enough, it needs some polishing; skills are polished, and developed to be useful and relevant; ideas need polishing as well to become workable and realistic; finished products always attract greater value than raw, unpolished products.

Do not take for granted your skills, talents, ideas, and dreams; do not relax or soft pedal on your efforts to becoming a more valuable asset to the world; do not make a meal of what you posses; no one would give you what you want, but people will give you what you deserve, so, work on your self, increase your value and get more from life.
