VALIDATOR

Validation is a default craving of every man that is involved or engaged in any endeavour in life. Human validation gives us the feeling that our activities are acceptable to men, it gives us the confidence that we are in tune with those who are supposed to receive or benefit from our activities, it is a courage booster and it diminishes the fear of failure and neglect.

Unfortunately, human validation is not easy to come by, it is not an easy task to convince others to give credence and validation to our work, and activities. Men would even rarely give you validation, but the fortunate thing about validation is, you the main, most important, and premier VALIDATOR of your own self and work. No other man's validation is as important as yours.

The expectation of human validation can ultimately lead to disappointment, lack of self esteem, and low confidence in your skills, talent, and abilities, it makes you doubt yourself, and lessens your morale to continue on your journey; but believing in yourself, trusting your ability to succeed, and validating your own work will help you do the unthinkable, and go beyond expectations.

The only approval you need in life is that of yourself, without it no other approval will come, and any that comes will be of no real effect, but once you have validated yourself, every other approval will come in fast and easy. As Dr. Steve Maraboli once said, "The only permission, the only validation, and the only opinion that matters in our quest for greatness is our own." You are the VALIDATOR, look for no other.
