RELEASE
Release fear,
Release anger,
Release sentiments,
Release negative thoughts.
The most dangerous prisons to be in are not those made with mortar and bricks, they are not the physically visible prisons, but the self erected prison in a man's mind. Real prisoners are not those in chains and shackles, behind tall walls, heavily guarded by armed security men, but those who imprisoned themselves by harbouring fear, anger, sentiments, and negative thoughts.
Fear, anger, sentiments, and negative thoughts blind a man's eye from seeing clearly, and blocks his mind from reasoning objectively. They hinder him from moving forward, and limit him from growing up. They are enemies that show up as shields to protect us from our shortcomings and incompetence, they do not allow us to become who we really are.
We must endeavour to free ourselves from our self imprisonment, we must seek to know, and understand more than we assume. Fear, anger, sentiments, and negative thoughts should be intentionally expelled from our hearts and mind. If we must be who we want to be, we must work intentionally towards it and RELEASE ourselves from our own prisons.
