Listen more than you talk,

Listen to learn,

Listen to great minds,

Listen to your mind.

Listening is a very underrated and undervalued skill, it is a major means of learning, if not the most important means. A person who listen, is a person who would always learn. It is a different thing to listen, and another thing to hear. One brings understanding, the other brings argument.

What and who you listen to determines who you become, because what you hear have a way of affecting how you think, and what you think affects what you do. You must therefore take caution in who you listen to. Listen to great minds, people whose words will positively affect your mind, people whose words will encourage and not discourage you from being who you should be.

Listen, not just to hear, but to learn; listen more, and talk less, it is a sign of wisdom; listen to your mind, it is a God given compass to direct you in the way you should go. Do not despise old and wise words, they are a reservoir of wisdom; do not despise the words of the young, they are a foretelling of unknown wisdom. LISTEN, don't just hear.
