Vehicles, machines, and many equipments that makes life and work easier for us work better when they are properly lubricated. Lack of oil or lubricants, or even fuel can cause serious damage to this equipments, which may sometimes lead to different form of losses.

Almost every thing we do in life requires a conscious and determined effort to make it work. Relationships don't work on autopilot, if the parties involved in it does not make it work, it won't. Conversations are like wheel barrows, until you push it, it would not move an inch from its position.

For everything we want to see a change in, for everything we desire a better result from, for every progress we want to achieve, we must put in the work of making it work. We must oil our relationships, conversations, processes, and life to avoid friction, wear and tear, breakage, and wreckage. Oiling is our effort to make things work, and until we are determined to OIL, nothing will change, nothing will get better.
