ANXIETY CURES NOTHING
Anxiety does not need your permission to rob you of everything that is going well for you, just to tell you what might not go well for you, causing you a two way loss. It whispers worst-case scenarios and chain you to a spot with fear. Anxiety gives you a false sense of preparation, protection, and solution to a problem that has not manifested, and may never manifest.
Anxiety cures nothing, it repairs nothing, it is like a treadmill that takes you nowhere but gets you exhausted. You can reclaim your power and peace when you step off that treadmill. Every moment spent being anxious are moments deprived of true living. Anxiety does not fix the future, neither does it rewrite the past, it only dims the light of the present. Instead of letting it hold you hostage, channel that energy into taking intentional and deliberate actions about the things that scare you the most.
The world will not fall apart, even if you are thinking it will. Find out what you can do today, right now, to move toward your goals. Focus on what you can control, and let go of what you can't. Anxiety thrives in the unknown, but clarity starves it. Write down your thoughts, talk to someone you trust, take a walk to clear your mind. These are rebellious acts against the grip of anxiety.
You have faced challenges before and come out stronger, you have to believe that you can do it again. Think of the things you can do, rather than those you can't. Celebrate your progress, no matter how small, because every step is a victory over fear. Anxiety cures nothing, but you can cure its hold on you. Choose courage over worry, action over paralysis, and faith over fear. You are not just surviving, you are building a life where peace and purpose wins.
To a better you, Kamikun John.
