TRUST

Relationships thrive on some basic qualities from all the parties involved in it. However, many do not understand what it means to share these qualities, and some does not even know which qualities should be prioritized. They cherish some qualities over the other not knowing that they are only subordinates and support qualities for the relationship.

When the most important ingredient is missing in a meal, it does not mean the meal does not exist or would not have a taste, it only mean that, the meal would not taste as it should have tasted, were all the ingredients complete and in the right proportion. When a relationship of any sort lacks a very critical and important ingredient, it would not yield the best result.

As much as love is important in relationships, without TRUST, everything else may not have so much value. TRUST is the real bedrock of every valid and responsible relationship, be it business, friendship, societal, marital, and any other relationship you can think of. The moment trust between partners become questionable, the relationship is half dead.

Whatever you do, strive not to lose people's trust in you, and be careful not to also give out your trust to just anyone who haven't earned it. Sometimes, you trust people but they betray your trust, some of these people really do not understand what trust means and in essence have not regard for it. Like Stephen King said, "The trust of the innocent is the liar's most useful tool." do not be naive with TRUST, and to quote William Shakespeare "Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.".
