TOLERANT

 TOLERANT

You cannot always be in positions where you get everything that you want, you cannot always be as comfortable as you desire; sometimes not because you can't be, but because you just don't have to be for the sake of another. You might be well within your right to be as comfortable as you want, but you might need to sacrifice that comfort for another person.

At times, you could have been wronged either on purpose or by mistake, but when you remember that it is not what happens to you that matters but how you react to it, you readjust yourself, your thoughts and intended actions just to allow for peaceful coexistence and a better society.

To be tolerant is to be able to afford others the privilege of enjoying the rights that you believe are yours. Like Robert Ingersoll said, "Tolerance is giving to every other human being every right that you claim for yourself." It is being humane and human, to allow others have what is ordinarily your right as long as it does not hurt or deprive you of anything other than temporal pleasures.

We must be as tolerant as possible to everyone, but not in the things that brings shame, disgrace, and destruction to anyone. We cannot also in the spread of tolerance become intolerant to some things, because there is a very thin line between promoting tolerance and intolerance. Be TOLERANT, promote love, kindness, and happiness make the world a better place for all.
