YOUNGLING

YOUNGLING

The young they say 'shall grow'. In time, nothing remains the same, everything changes with time, the longer the time, the more the effect. Like Emmanuel Krinshenal said, "The young shall grow if time permits it. The grown shall become old, and the old will pass away." Time does not leave any man or thing the same way it met it, it definitely has an effect on everything.

When the young begins to grow, he will begin to reap the rewards of what he has done with his younger years, he will begin to see the effect of how he used the time he had. Sometimes, it may be too late to make amends for the time recklessly spent, sometimes there may just be enough time to turn things around, but if he had spent his younger years building up himself into a valuable and productive individual, he will be proud of his efforts, and joyfully enjoy the rewards of it.

The young shall grow, but what the young grows with, and in is as important as the growing. In growing, don't just grow old, but grow up. Growing old is effortless, but growing up is conscious, and intentional; growing old is fruitless and can be frustrating, but growing up is fruitful, enjoyable, and rewarding. Everyone will grow old, but not everyone will grow up.

Do not despise your younger years, it determines how your older years will be like. The grown and old should not look down on the YOUNGLING, they have time in their favour, their future is yet unfolding, and it is unknown what they will become. They have the future, they have the hope of a brighter tomorrow, in their hands lies today and they have the privilege of weaving it into what they desire.
