No one wants to do anything for anyone, especially when it does not directly impact them. People would need something extra to make them do things that are not personal to them or anyone closely related to them. Most times people will always do or react to something when someone in the same category, or level of obligation as they are gets that thing underway.

It is easy to teach another how to do a thing, but the doing is where the real work is. The greatest and most successful leaders in the world are those who do the work while others follow in their steps. Instructions may not be enough, teaching may not be enough, be rolling up your sleeves and getting it done will definitely pull people to join in the work.

As being an example is an agent of activation for the inactives, so is it a directory for those following. One must therefore be careful how he leads, because you may be leading a whole generation in the wrong direction if proper consideration is not given to your actions.

Misha Collins once said, "I actually think that the most efficacious way of making a difference is to lead by example, and doing random acts of kindness is setting a very good example of how to behave in the world." there is no better way to make one do something just as good as expected or even better than by being, and giving an EXAMPLE of that thing through our actions and deeds, and that is the best way to build a better world.
