STICK WITH PEOPLE WHEN THEY FAIL

Your encouragement can be the difference between them giving up and trying again.

The world is full of fair-weather supporters, but the ones who stay through the storm! Those are the people who leave a lasting impact. When someone around you fails, be the one who stays, be the one who listens, who helps them get up, who reminds them that failure is not the end, but a hard lesson on the way to something greater.
