XENON

The value of a thing, person, or organization is not in the amount of noice made, size, perception, or activities carried out, but in their effect and functions to everyone and everything around them. As a noble gas XENON is colourless, odorless, and generally unreactive except for a few chemical reactions which can cause the formation of a xenon gas compound.

Although very rare and relatively expensive, xenon has very crucial applications in different phases and fields of human endeavors. Xenon has illuminative and optical functions; it has medical uses as anesthesic, neuroprotectants, for imaging, and surgery, besides other military and defensive uses.

One can be very quiet, humble, yet very effective and efficient, our activities should not be that of mere busyness without reasonable, traceable, and recognizable results for long lasting positive impacts. There is no evil in making our works, and/or good deeds known to the public, if it is to provoke a ripple and multiplicative effect, to encourage others to do the same or even better in their own corner.

We need to understand that there are different kinds of people everywhere, and we will definitely meet them, and sometimes have to work with them. We must understand that there are character differences, we must therefore learn how to relate and deal with every unique character so as to maintain cordial relationships as well as progressive unions. We must be noiseless, yet pronounced, productive, and profitable.
