QUIXOTIC
Walt Disney's idea of Disneyland was initially thought to be a vague and unrealistic project. People thought he was out of his senses, that he needed to be more realistic. Today Disneyland has operated for sixty seven years, has had over 767 million visits as at December 2021. As at 2005, Disneyland has provided over 89,500 direct and indirect employment opportunities.
In the fifteenth century, around 1489, Leonardo da Vinci designed the first flying object suggestive of an helicopter. He was seen by people of his days as man who was insane. In the early 1900s the Wright brothers, built and flew the first flying object (Gliders).
Something common with weird, unrealistic, and unique ideas is that they always seem so until they become a reality. The only thing that has made all the extraordinary inventions in the world possible is the firm resolve of the ideator to see his idea come to life irrespective of people's opinion and contrary ideas.
Nothing is real except the thing that we make real; no ideas is useless or unrealistic, our perceptions make it so; it has been said that "ideas rule the world" but an idea that is not executed does not have a chance of ruling the world. Whatever you can think of, whatever you can imagine, you can bring to life, you can make real. Do not let anyone bully you into your shells, do not be trapped by people's opinion, give life and wings to that QUIXOTIC idea, let it take you wherever you want.
