QUOTA
Everyone in the world has got a place and position; everyone has got a contribution to be made on earth; your unique contribution to humanity, your dedicated service to the continuous peaceful existence of man, as well as your determination to make the world a better place for the generations yet unborn is a quota that must be honoured and followed through.
Giving your quota of a anything is much more valuable, important, and respected than receiving your quota of something. When you give your quota, you are performing a necessary obligation; but when you receive a quota of something, you might have been considered for it without merit.
When we realize that we are more of a debtor to our world rather than an anticipatory receiver of what we are likely not entitled to, we would have a better and a more homely world. William Feather once said, "The wise man seeks little joys, knowing that life is long and that his quota of great joys is distinctly limited." When your expectations from life is limited, you have more peace than having a needlessly high expectation.
Be more of a giver, look more to what you can do for others, and what you can contribute to the general good of all around you, rather than expecting what you can receive from your society. The wealthiest people, societies, and organisations in the world are not those that are built on reception, but those that have made giving and making impact a responsibility. Do more of giving your QUOTA, than receiving your quota, that is the key to growth.
