COOPERATION

Teamwork they say, divides the task and multiplies the success. The most successful men in the world, the greatest inventors we have ever seen, and the greatest leaders that ever lived did not all achieve their success individually. There is a lot of hard work, focus, determination that goes into every success story, but one certain thing is all those stories have been privileged to have the support and cooperation of one or two other people.

No one knows it all, no one can do it all. "No one is an Island", John Donne said, "entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent." in piece we can do so little, but in peace we can do so much. When people come together to achieve a common goal, when there is unity of purpose, success becomes easy, life becomes good, and going the journey becomes less stressful.

In cooperating with people, we have got to know the strengths, and weaknesses of our partners, and how we can compliment each other. If someone on the team brings nothing to the table, it weakens the team. A team is as strong as its weakest member, so, when we are setting up a team, we need to pay attention to every members abilities.

Former US President, Bill Clinton, once said, "We all do better when we work together. Our differences do matter, but our common humanity matters more." COOPERATION is an unconquerable force, it has the power to achieve whatever it wills.
