We all are sojourners in this world, so we could also be at certain times in our earthly sojourn. The stranger status can be acquired at any point in time as we go along on our journey. Everyone and anyone can be a stranger at any point in time, whenever we are in our comfort zones, in our residence and home locations, our treatment of strangers matters a lot and should be an healthy one.

Strangers will always need assistance when they get to new locations, either in settling in, navigation, or locating important places, Everyone with such status always does. As residents and seekers of a better, and peaceful world, we must be willing to render necessary assistance to these people. We must be hospitable to them and make them feel loved and accepted.

Supporters and propagators of xenophobia are unwise, undiscerning, and insensitive, they are short sighted and do not see beyond today, and their immediate environment, or are even visionless. At any point in one's life, in the pursuit of a better life, a greener pasture, and advancement, we can become strangers in another man's land, and whatever we have done to such people we will receive ourselves.

If you want to be accepted when you become a stranger in another man's land, accept the strangers in your own land; if you want to be loved and treated fairly in your sojourn, treat sojourners in your neighborhood with love and fairness. Life pays people back in their own coins, you receive whatever you have given, and sometimes in multiple folds. Be XENODOCHIAL.
