HABITUATE
Habits are formed overtime by humans, it is determined by whatever we get exposed to and what we fill our minds with. Our habits are the major determinants of our decisions and actions, we must therefore be careful about the kind of habits we submit ourselves to building and developing, because it will be the factors that either make us or destroy us.
Though we may not have control over our early habits, that is the habits formed during our childhood and growing years, we have all the powers and the ability to change every negative habits we might have developed into positive and impact making ones. It becomes our fault and a problem to us if we cannot amend those unfruitful habits when we come of age.
We must make it an habit to continuously form good, progressive, and impact promoting habits. In the words of British writer, Samuel Johnson, who said, "The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken". When developing an habit, it may seem like nothing, it may look irrelevant and of no serious effect, but when it is fully formed it becomes a part of you, and difficult to let go.
If you want to be successful, you must understand make yourself familiar with the habit of successful people; if you want to get to heights only exceptional men get to, make exceptionality an habit; You are what you repeatedly do (in thoughts and actions), so if there is anything you sincerely desire to have or become make it an habit of doing things that people who have had or become such things do.
