USE YOUR ADVERSITY
Adversity is not your enemy, it is your teacher, and it can come to you at will, unprepared to receive or deal with it. Nevertheless, whenever it comes, it never comes to destroy you, but to teach, to prepare you for something better, and greater. Every setback, every struggle, every moment that knocks you down is secretly building you up. The strongest steel is forged in the hottest fire, and the most resilient souls are shaped in the toughest times.
Every great triumph that has ever happened was born from struggle. The most inspiring stories do not come from smooth roads but from rocky paths, from people who refused to let their hardship define them and instead used it to refine themselves. Your struggles are not proof of your weakness, they are proof that you are being prepared for something greater.
When life pushes you, you have to push back harder. When it breaks you, you have to rebuild yourself up stronger. Adversity does not come to destroy you, it comes to reveal you to yourself and the world. It strips you of whatever is unnecessary, and leaves you with only what is unshakable, unmovable, which are the real things that you actually need to grow.
"Sweet are the uses of adversity." William Shakespeare said. Don't curse your storms, don't cry over your adversity, learn to sail in and thrive through them. Don't resent your obstacles, climb over them. Pain is temporary, but the strength it leaves behind is permanent. The world does not reward those who had it easy, it rewards those who refused to stay down. Your adversity is not a dead end, it is a detour to a stronger, wiser, and more unstoppable version of yourself.
To a better you, Kamikun John.
