Challenges and problems are an inevitable part of our lives and existence. How we choose to approach these challenges determine how successful we will be in solving them. Successful people are not just problem finders, but they have also mastered the act and art of solving problems. They actively search for solutions and do not give up until they find them.

To be a problem solver, you need to be able to stay calm and focused, even in the midst of chaos and uncertainty. This means that you should be able to think clearly, even when under pressure. You should also be able to approach problems with a positive and proactive mindset. By doing so, you will be able to see opportunities where others only see obstacles.

Perseverance is a key ability of solution providers. You must ready to keep pushing until a solution is found. This may mean trying different approaches or seeking out additional resources. You must learn the art of resourcefulness and be creative in your problem-solving approach. There are always multiple solutions to a problem, and it is up to you to find the best one. Effective communication is a key skill you must also learn if you want to be a problem solver. You must be able to communicate clearly and persuasively to others, especially those who may be able to help you solve the problem. This involves being a good listener, as well as being able to express your ideas clearly and coherently.

One who wants to become a solution provider must be open to learning and self-improvement. You must be ready and willing to constantly seek new knowledge and skills that can help you become better equipped to solve problems. Open mindedness to learning will help you to be able to identify new solutions and be innovative in your problem-solving approach. Being a problem solver will enable us bring solutions to societal and global challenges, thereby making the world a better place for all to live.
