Deal with your biases.

YOUR STANDPOINT DETERMINES YOUR VIEWPOINT

Your standpoint and beliefs will always shape your perspective about different things, and the way that you view the world. How you feel about a particular issue, what you believe in, and your overall perspective ultimately determine how you interpret events and situations in your life. If you believe that hard work leads to success, you are more likely to view someone's accomplishments as a result of their hard work and dedication.

On the other hand, if your standpoint is that success is only possible through connections and privilege, you might view someone's success as being due to their social status or resources rather than their merit. Your standpoint can even influence the way you interpret facts and evidence. If you believe that climate change is a hoax, you might interpret scientific studies and data as proof that there is no evidence to support the idea of climate change. However, if you believe that climate change is a real and pressing issue, you are more likely to interpret the same data as confirming this belief.

Ultimately, our beliefs and standpoint shape the way we view the world around us. It is crucial, therefore, to take the time to carefully consider our core beliefs and attitudes, and how they might be influencing our perceptions and perspectives. By doing so, we can better understand our own biases and viewpoints and become better equipped to navigate the complex and varied world in which we live.

We must learn to challenge our beliefs and attitudes and remain open to new ideas and perspectives if we are to maintain a balanced and informed understanding of the world around us. We must seek to know more, understand better, and be ready to see life from other people's point of view, and not be too quick to pass judgements, and make conclusions. Broaden your horizon and have a clearer sight to life.
