Your purpose is within you.

STOP FINDING PURPOSE, FIND YOURSELF.

Imagine you need to pass a message across to a speaker on a pulpit, and you cannot whisper, nor mutter words into his hears whilst he is on that pulpit. All you have to do is to put your message in writing and pass it across to him. To achieve this objective, you need two things that has been made for this purpose; a pen, and a paper. You have to find these items, and your goal will be achieved as the purpose of these two items are already known.

You cannot know, or understand the purpose of something you do not have, something you have not seen, or known, or even familiar with. When you become familiar with something, you can study that thing to be able to find what it was made to do.

If you must discover your purpose, you must first find yourself, know who you are, and what you are made up of. You must be able to identify, and understand your strengths, and weaknesses. Until you find yourself, and know who you are, you cannot fulfill purpose. Nevertheless, the knowledge and consciousness of who you are does not guarantee the fulfillment of purpose if you are not ready, willing, and disciplined enough to give your all into the fulfillment of that purpose. The actualisation of purpose does not come cheaply, but it can come easily when you have found yourself.

In the words of Blaise Pascal, "One must know oneself. If this does not serve to discover truth, it at least serves as a rule of life, and there is nothing better." Lao Tzu also said, "Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom." True wisdom is in the discovery of one's self, and it is the best thing to happen to any man, for in it purpose is birthed.
