FOCUS ON WHAT IS IMPORTANT.
In a football match, there are typically twenty two players on the field including a referee, making a total of twenty three men on the pitch. Sometimes, there may be thousands of spectators in the stands watching that football match, but of all the people and things on and off the pitch, one thing is very important: the round leather (football), and there is only one objective for all those on that pitch, putting that round leather into the opponent's goal post.
A lot of times, the spectators, some of which have come to support and cheer you towards putting the ball into the opponent's goal posts will make sounds and noises that are distracting, they sometimes would have and blow whistles that sounds just like that of the referee, and as a professional with a mission, you must be able to distinguish between the sound of the referee's whistle, and that of the spectators.
As a person who knows what he wants, and earnestly wants to get it, you must be able to sieve and separate distractions from measures. In your pursuit of that which you want, you must be focused enough to know that whatever does not eventually lead to you achieving your visions and aspirations are distractions on your journey.
The journey will not always be smooth, there might be stops, bumps, hurdles, and ditches, you may get so tired and frustrated, you can even be at a disadvantage very early on your journey, but if you keep your eyes on the ball, and your heart on the goal, if you are ready and willing to give it your best shot, and keep going irrespective of current realities, if you will focus on what is most important, you will eventually WIN.
