For whatever you want to become, for whatever journey you are on, for whatever change you want to see happen, there are numerous others who are in your shoes, identify them, join them and make a team.

There is so much power in working as a team. An African Proverbs says, "if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together. Going together is your best bet to going far, and is most likely to birth a more sustainable effect than going alone.

There has been nothing worthy of note that has been created by just one person, there may be an arrowhead, or a leader, but there is always a team, a group behind every great success.

The world needs more collaboration for greater positive impacts, more teamwork for lasting successful enterprises, and more unity for loving established communities.
