X-RAY
X-ray your thoughts,
X-ray your actions,
X-ray your relationships,
X-ray your life.
As important as understanding yourself, your thoughts, actions, and relationships may be, one thing is equally if not more important, that is, understanding the factors, the roots, and the formations that has made you who you are in thought, actions, relationships, and lifestyle.
Sometimes, we exhibit characters and attitudes that ourselves are not pleased with nor proud of, we do things we can not confidently pronounce as our deeds and actions. At times, we know exactly what we should not do, but we struggle with doing what we do not want to do, this is basically because these characters and attitudes have deep roots in our beings.
X-rays reveals what bare vision cannot see, by reproducing it to what the eyes can see, examine, to make necessary recommendations and conclusions. It is important we look inwards beyond the peripheral into the depths and formation of our beings to see those things that needs transformation.
